Paradise Well

Location:

120km NE of Alice Springs

Tenement:

EL32190 – 248km²

Copper-Gold Potential

The tenement is located within the Aileron Province, comprising metamorphosed sediments, volcanics, calcsilicates, and granitic intrusions. Geophysical analysis and surface sampling have confirmed IOCG-style characteristics, including:

  • Elevated copper and gold anomalies in soil and rock chip samples
  • Magnetic and structural targets associated with mineralisation
  • Fluorine-rich felsic intrusives, indicative of IOCG potential

The Manny, Jay, and Paradise Well Prospects have been identified as key mineralised zones within EL32190, exhibiting significant copper occurrences associated with amphibolites, siliceous units, and structurally controlled mineralisation.

Rare Earth Element (REE) & Monazite Potential

Recent investigations into monazite-rich deposits within EL32190 have revealed significant potential for rare earth elements (REEs). Monazite-bearing units have been identified in association with:

  • Metamorphic-derived heavy mineral sands (HMS)
  • Allanite- and magnetite-rich formations
  • Granite-hosted REE mineralisation

Historical studies indicate that monazite-rich zones contain up to 40% monazite, presenting an attractive target for REE extraction. Given the increasing demand for REEs in high-tech applications, battery technologies, and defence industries, further assessment of the HMS potential within the tenement is warranted.
