OVERVIEW
Litchfield Minerals Limited (ASX: LMS) (“Litchfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide its
Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 30 September 2026.
During the September 2026 quarter, Litchfield advanced field validation of its Harts Range targets
following the grant of EL34245,4
completed an initial three-line IP survey at Silver Valley, released the
final assays from the Phase 3 Oonagalabi drilling program and prepared to return to drilling at the
Oonagalabi Main Zone.
Operations Overview
The September quarter moved several of the Company’s exploration opportunities from regional
interpretation to targeted field investigation, guided by the mineral systems framework developed
through BHP Xplor.
Following the grant of EL34245, the Company commenced field reconnaissance across the historical
Sybil VTEM conductor areas and the Illogwa Creek structural corridor. Copper-bearing minerals were
visually identified at surface at Sybil, and sulphide-bearing mafic rocks were identified near a priority EM
conductor at Illogwa Creek, providing a clear set of priorities for follow-up ground electromagnetic (EM)
surveying.
At Silver Valley, an initial three-line IP survey identified modest western chargeability responses but did
not delineate a discrete high-priority drill target. The Company paused the survey after three lines to
integrate the results with field mapping and reassess the positioning of the remaining lines towards the
western side of the system.5
At Oonagalabi, the Company secured a drill rig throughTopdrill andmobilised a dozer to preparedrill pads
ahead of an October drilling program designed to build on the broad copper-zinc mineralisation
intersected at the Main Zone during Phase 3.6
Harts RangeProject, Northern Territory
EL34245 Granted, Unlocking the Sybil Copper Target
Exploration Licence EL34245 (Harts Range 1), covering approximately 384km², was granted on 30 July
2026.7
The licence allows Litchfield to advance the Sybil copper target, an undrilled target identified
through historical exploration by Mithril Resources in the Lizzie Creek area and reassessed as part of the
Company’s belt-scale review of Harts Range. Sybil is located approximately 33.6km south-east of the
Oonagalabi Project (Figure 1).

Historical exploration identified an airborne electromagnetic (VTEM) response at Sybil and reported
surface rock chip results of up to 0.9% Cu and0.1% Zn,with no previous drilling identified in the historical
information reviewed. Litchfield’s compilation of historical and regional datasets places the target
within a broader gravity response and a favourable geological and structural setting, with multiple
independent datasets supporting follow-up.
Sybil occurs within the Riddock Amphibolite, the same broad geological unit that hosts the third-party
Basil copper-cobalt deposit, located approximately 24.6km east of Sybil.

Field Reconnaissance Identifies Surface Copper at Sybil
Following the licence grant, September fieldwork examined the historical VTEM conductor areas and
rock chip locations at Sybil.8
Mitre Geophysics modelled seven preliminary conductor plates from
historical VTEM data, including P5 (approximately 1,200m × 1,200m), P2 (800m × 300m) and P1 (600m ×
300m). These dimensions describe modelled along-strike length and down-dip extent, not the size of
mineralisation.
The strongest field observations were recorded in the P4 area, where garnet-bearing amphibolite
contains fine disseminated sulphides visually identified as chalcopyrite and pyrite (sample SYB-04). The
preliminary P4 conductor plate is modelled at approximately 400m long and 200m wide, dipping at 20
degrees. Northwest of P4, malachite staining was identified along a faulted contact between felsic
gneiss and altered amphibolite (Figure 2), traced for approximately 50m with the copper-bearing zone
locally 0.5–1m wide at surface. Continuous copper mineralisation over the mapped extent and true width
have not been established.
Figure 2. Sybil field photograph showing green copper carbonate staining. Disseminated sulphides were recorded during field
inspection; their identity and abundance cannot be determined from this photograph. Mineral identifications are provisional and no
grade is implied.

Litchfield Minerals Limited · www.litchfieldminerals.com.au Page 5 of 20
Other Sybil traverses recorded no notable visible mineralisation at F1, P3 or historical VTEM anomaly 42,
minor to trace sulphides at P1 and P5, and iron-stained garnet-bearing amphibolite at anomaly 41 (Figure
3). Two historicalrock chip locations were revisitedand the reportedmineralisation was not reproduced.
Figure 3. Sybil rock chip locations from the September 2026 sample register plotted over the preliminary modelled EM conductor
plates on a regional gravity background, shown as a zoomed-out view of the Sybil conductor plate area (left) and a zoomed-in view
of the P4 priority area (right). Coloured polygons are the conductor plates modelled by Mitre Geophysics from historical VTEM data;
small grey squares are the historical Mithril Resources VTEM anomaly positions. Mineral identifications are visual field observations
and hence are provisional and subject to laboratory confirmation; no assay results are reported.
The Sybil exploration results referred to above are historical in nature and are subject to the disclosures in the
Company’s announcement of 20 August 2026, including the JORC Code (2012) Table 1 provided in Appendix A of
that announcement. The information is limited to that available from historical records, has not been verified
to the current JORC Code and should not be relied upon for Mineral Resource estimation or economic
evaluation. Basil is located on third-party tenure, and Litchfield has no ownership interest in the deposit. The
geological association between Sybil and Basil does not demonstrate that similar mineralisation is present at
Sybil.

Illogwa Creek Brings Together a Priority Conductor and Deep Structural Target
Reconnaissance near historical airborne EM anomaly 26 at Illogwa Creek, also within EL34245, identified
sulphide-bearing mafic rocks within altered felsic gneiss along the Illogwa Creek Shear Zone (Figure 4).2
Pyrite, chalcopyrite and possible pyrrhotite were observed, and a mafic intrusion was traced for
approximately 200m. This mapped extent describes the geological zone and does not establish
continuous mineralisation.
Figure 4. Illogwa field exposures examined during reconnaissance around the priority EM target, where mafic rocks and alteration
were mappedand sampled. Thesephotographs illustrate outcropcontext;mineral identifications relyon field inspection and remain
provisional pending laboratory confirmation. Left: sample ILG-06; right: sample ILG-02.
Interpretation developed by Litchfield through the BHP Xplor Program suggests the Illogwa Creek Shear
Zone may extend into the deep crust and potentially connect with mantle-derived magmatic pathways,
making the corridor an attractive setting to test the Company’s orthomagmatic copper-nickel
exploration model (Figure 5). The depth extent and mantle connection remain interpretations to be
tested, a magmatic origin for the observed sulphides has not been established, and a hydrothermal
contribution or later overprinting remains possible.

Figure 5. Regional magnetotelluric section along seismic line09GA-GA1 (afterVox Geophysics,2026), showing the interpreted down-
dip continuation of the Illogwa Creek Shear Zone towards C1, a conductive zone in the lowermost crust. The shear zone label and C1
callout are Litchfield annotations. Magnetotelluric models are non-unique, resolve crustal-scale features only, and do not
demonstrate the presence, grade or economic significance of mineralisation.
Next Phase: Ground EM and Assays
Nineteen rock chip samples (12 from Sybil and seven from Illogwa Creek) were dispatched to Bureau
Veritas on 21 September 2026, together with a standard and a blank (Figure 6). At the time of the 30
September announcement, assays were expected in approximately three to four weeks. No subsequent
assay results have been incorporated into this report.

labels use the SYB prefix in the Sybil panel and ILG in the Illogwa panel. In these detail panels, filled markers indicate samples
recorded as sent to the laboratory; open markers indicate locations not sent. The map shows recorded point locations only, with no
inferred mineralisation between points. Tenement boundaries are reproduced from the Company GIS basemap; EM plate outlines
are not shown. Hand held GPS locations taken.
As reported on 30 September, Litchfield was organising follow-up ground EM surveys over Illogwa
anomaly 26 and priority Sybil conductors. The proposed surveys are designed to refine conductor
geometry and test whether surface observations are related to sources at depth. Results are intended
to be integrated with laboratory assays and geological mapping to inform future targeting.

Oonagalabi Project – Northern Territory
Rig Secured for October Drilling Program
During the quarter, Litchfield secured a Topdrill rig for the Oonagalabi Main Zone program, then
scheduled to commence on 8 October 2026.³ A dozer was mobilised to prepare drill pads.
The September plan comprised 11 candidate holes (OGRCP001–OGRCP011) with planned depths of 120–
200m and a total candidate program of 1,820m (Figure 7). This figure was not a committed drilling total.
At that time, the Company anticipated completing eight to ten holes within Topdrill’s available drilling
window, subject to geological priority, pad readiness, drilling productivity and ground conditions.

Figure 7. Oonagalabi Main Zone proposed drill collars and planned hole traces over the georeferenced Oonagalabi Formation image.
Blue formation outlines are retained from the base image. Coordinates are GDA94 / MGA Zone 53. Inset shows the map extent within
the full image. Traces connect planned collars and end-of-hole positions in plan projection and are not surveyed trajectories.
Formation outlines do not define mineralisation limits. Hole IDs are numbered southwest to northeast along the Main Zone and do
not indicate drilling order or individual hole priority.
The program was designed around three principal objectives:
• test extensions to known mineralisation;
• improve the definition of mineralised geometry and structural controls; and
Litchfield Minerals Limited · www.litchfieldminerals.com.au Page 11 of 20
• investigate new areas within the Main Zone.
The program builds on previously reported broad copper-zinc mineralisation in the Main Zone, including
combined downhole intercepts of 68.26m @ 0.62% Cu, 1.44% Zn and 4.3g/t Ag from 10m in OGDD002, as
well as 120m @ 0.35% Cu, 0.92% Zn and 4.1g/t Ag from 52m in OGRC029.9
Results are expected to inform
the Main Zone geological model and subsequent drill targeting.
Subsequent to quarter-end, the Company announced the commencement of drilling at Oonagalabi on 12
October 2026. The commencement announcement outlined a program of approximately seven to eleven
holes, with the final number subject to drilling progress, ground conditions and the available campaign
window.
Final Phase 3 Assays Received
Final assay results from the Phase 3 drilling campaign were returned in late June 2026 and reported
during the quarter. The best intercept from diamond hole OGDD003, which targeted the Oonagalabi
Magnetic Finger, was 5.3m @ 0.64% Cu, 0.67% Zn and 2.2g/t Ag from 49.5m. All widths are downhole;
true widths are not known.
Magnetotelluric and Gravity Survey
During the quarter, the Company undertook the combined magnetotelluric (MT) and gravity survey
program across its western Harts Range tenements near Oonagalabi, contracted to Planetary
Geophysics and supported by up to AUD$100,000 in Northern Territory Geological Survey co-funding
under Round 19 of the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations program. The survey is designed to
investigate a conductivity anomaly interpreted at approximately 2.5km depth and improve the
Company’s regional targeting framework (Figure 8). No survey results are reported in this quarterly.

Silver Valley Project, Northern Territory
Initial IP Survey Completed
An initial IP survey was completed at Silver Valley (EL32241) between 8 and 17 July 2026, with three lines
totalling 5.1 line-km acquired by Australian Geophysical Services and independently processed by Mitre
Geophysics.4
The survey did not define a discrete, high-priority drill target within the area surveyed, and the
chargeability responses recorded were weak in absolute terms (Figures 9 and 10). However, the northern
line identified a chargeability response immediately west of the known Silver Valley workings, with
modelling suggesting potential depth extent towards the west, and elevated chargeability was also
present towards the western ends of the two southern lines. Deeper low-resistivity zones on the
southern lines may represent geological structure, although they may also be inversion artefacts.
Litchfield Minerals Limited · www.litchfieldminerals.com.au Page 13 of 20
Figure 9. Three-dimensional perspective view (looking north) of the 2D inverted chargeability sections for lines 21100N, 20700N and
20500N. Elevated chargeability is concentrated towards the western ends of all three lines, immediately west of the Silver Valley 2
workings. Red dots are known mineral occurrences and pink dots are mapped old workings.
Figure 10. Three-dimensional perspective view (looking north) of the 2D inverted resistivity sections. Deeper low-resistivity zones
on the southern lines 20700N and 20500N sit beneath and to the west of the elevated chargeability and may be mapping the
interpreted western structural corridor. Red dots are known mineral occurrences and pink dots are mapped old workings.
The relatively modest IP response is consistent with the style of mineralisation observed at surface.
Galena, which hosts much of the lead and associated silver, typically produces a weaker chargeability
response than other sulphides such as pyrite. When integrated with concurrent field mapping, the
results suggest the original survey design may not have fully tested the most prospective structural
zones. The Company therefore concluded the mobilisation after three of the five planned lines, rather
than continue spending against a survey footprint that may not be optimally positioned.
New High-Grade Rock Chip Results
Litchfield Minerals Limited · www.litchfieldminerals.com.au Page 14 of 20
Five new rock chip samples collected from dumps adjacent to historical shafts and workings at Silver
Valley returned the following results, announced on 10 August 2026:⁴
• SV2_06: 470g/t Ag, 0.08g/t Au, 19.2% Cu and 23.2% Pb; and
• SV2_08: 342g/t Ag, 0.06g/t Au, 16.1% Cu and 36.8% Pb.
These results complement previously reported high-grade rock chip results from elsewhere at Silver
Valley, including 378g/t Ag, 0.91g/t Au, 5.04% Cu and 44.9% Pb (SV2-04).10
Rock chip samples are
selective and are not representative of grade or continuity.
Next Phase: Targeted Mapping and Revised IP
As outlined in the August announcement, the Company intends to undertake targeted mapping and
structural investigation west of the original IP footprint and integrate those observations with
chargeability and resistivity models to optimise the remaining survey lines. Field resources were
proposed to be redeployed following the Harts Range MT and gravity work. No additional IP results are
reported for the quarter.
Harts Range Corridor – BHP Xplor Program
The BHP Xplor-backed research reported on 18 June 2026 reframed the Harts Range from a collection of
copper and nickel deposits and prospects into a belt-scale copper-nickel mineral system with the
potential to host significant discoveries.
As reported on 30 September 2026, research and interpretation undertaken by Litchfield in conjunction
with the BHP Xplor Program suggest the Illogwa Creek Shear Zone may extend into the deep crust and
potentially connect with mantle-derived magmatic pathways (Figure 11). Such a structure could have
helped channel mafic magma into the crust, making the corridor an attractive setting to investigate for
orthomagmatic copper-nickel systems. The depth extent and mantle connection remain interpretations
to be tested.

Exploration Summary
During the September 2026 quarter, Litchfield progressed field validation of exploration targets across
its expanded Harts Range position. The grant of EL34245 allowed the Company to undertake field
reconnaissance at Sybil and Illogwa Creek, where copper-bearing minerals were visually identified at
Sybil and sulphide-bearing mafic rocks were identified at Illogwa Creek. These observations informed
the priorities for planned follow-up ground EM surveys.
At Silver Valley, the Company paused the initial IP survey after three lines to integrate the results with
field mapping and reconsider the positioning of the remaining survey lines.
The Company entered the December quarter with planned ground EM follow-up at Sybil and Illogwa
Creek, laboratory results awaited from September sampling, a revised IP strategy at Silver Valley and an
October drilling program at the Oonagalabi Main Zone. Drilling at Oonagalabi subsequently commenced,
as announced on 12 October 2026.
